Jennifer has more than 25 years of recruiting experience in the accounting and financial services industry. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge that enable her to help clients find the right candidate and place their open positions quickly and efficiently. Over time she has placed more than 1,000 positions for her clients. Jennifer graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelors degree in Communications and a minor in Business Management and she also holds an MBA from Baruch College specializing in Human Resource Management.
Emily oversees the recruitment of candidates to ensure clients build their teams with the right people to drive lasting success. She manages all aspects of recruiting for Addition Management including researching the right candidates for interviews, background screening, and final candidate negotiations. Emily graduated from Philadelphia University with a degree in Finance and has more than 20 years of experience in sales, client services, and recruiting.
