Energy Vision was established in May of 2001 after the unprecedented natural gas price run-up during the previous winter.  This run-up resulted in a rapid growth of customer demand for risk management, consulting, and energy management services.

Beginning with one customer, a local electric utility that had yet to come online, Energy Vision handled their physical gas requirements, training, and program development.  Since then, Energy Vision has grown considerably.  The firm’s client profile represents the utility, industrial, and commercial sectors, managing over 500 locations nationwide with an annual energy expenditure exceeding $1 billion.  Clients may choose from a wide array of services, either standard or customized, to meet their specific needs.

The staff has grown to represent expertise in financial instruments, commodity purchasing, transportation, supply services, regulatory issues, infrastructure development, and asset optimization.  In addition, Energy Vision is registered with the CFTC as a Commodity Trading Advisor with three Associated Persons.
