Initial steps can be uneasy, our project managers meet with clients to discuss the scope of work and collaborate with architects by giving useful design and architectural recommendations to ease this process.
We strive to provide detailed proposal and estimates to ensure that our clients understand each component within the scope of work.
Once our proposal and contract is confirmed, all required documents, such as COI, building approval, related license and permits will be processed and handled accordingly before proposed starting date.
Any changes that deviate from original proposal will be handled in timely manner with mutual agreement.
Our procurement team will work with trusted vendors for better pricing in various areas during project to assist clients’ budgeting needs.
Project managers will hold periodic meetings and updates on the progress of work and ensure all required purchases and component to be made and arrived in the order of project progression and on schedule.
Our construction team is experienced in cross teams’ effort and collaboration with all parties to ensure proper flow and on schedule progress.
