We chose Junior based on the excellent reviews we saw, and while it was smooth sailing at first, the experience was terrible overall. We ordered aluminum fences to be installed and it has taken over a month and our fences are still left half done. Junior would agree on a specific day for installation and I would receive no word from him the entire week or even the day of the supposed installation.

I had to call him and he said he was on his way, but with no confirmation call (from me), who knows if that was the case. And then his vehicle apparently was in an accident (which I do not want to doubt, but it is hard when he has been not transparent at all this entire time) so the work gets pushed back another week.

When we finally got his crew in to install, the gate he ordered was not the right one and so he had to leave with no certain day confirmed for when he will finish. That was more than a week ago and despite constant texts and calls, he has not responded.

I called with a different number and he picked up promising that he will call back with an update. No call. I looked up his online company and it says permanently closed. At this point, I m willing to let go of the security deposit and not deal with Junior again. This is high unprofessional and disappointing.
