Manhattan Surveying, P.C. was established in 1988 to provide construction survey and stakeout for new building construction and rehabilitation projects. The firm’s primary clients are developers, architects, construction managers, and general contractors. The firm is party to a collective bargaining agreement with Local 15-D, Surveyors in New York City. We employ multiple construction survey crews performing construction survey and stakeout including surface and building surveys. We have completed major surveying projects in both the public and private sector throughout the New York Metropolitan Area including sports stadiums, athletic centers, arenas, commercial and residential properties, high rise buildings, general infrastructure projects, educational and institutional facilities, and architecturally innovative structures. We employ state of the art surveying techniques and the latest technology including 3-Dimensional Laser Scanning (HDS).

Manhattan Surveying, P.C.’s affiliate company is Muñoz Engineering and Land Surveying, P.C., a civil and land surveying firm specializing in transportation, site development, and design survey. Muñoz Engineering has been active in New York and New Jersey since 1983. The unique affiliate relationship between Manhattan Surveying, P.C. and Muñoz Engineering and Land Surveying, P.C. allows us to provide comprehensive surveying, engineering, and construction services from start to finish on all projects.
